Meet the Team

Forseman Rental Property Management LLC was founded in 2011 by it’s owner Holly Forseman. Holly has worked in the property management industry for over 23 years.

Holly has extensive experience in all aspects of property management. She started in the rental industry working for Eastbrook Companies managing Old Farm Shores, a 344 unit apartment community in Kentwood for 13 years. While there, she acquired her CAM certification.

In 2008 she moved on to the private sector of property management. She obtained her Real Estate License and went to work with several area property management companies contracting her leasing and marketing services.

In 2011 Holly founded her own property management company, Forseman Rental Property Management LLC, which is a full service property management company. Her years of experience, attention to detail and clear communication with her clients, both owners and tenants, have resulted in a thriving successful property management business with stellar references. Holly believes in the concept of Happy Tenant = Happy Owner and she strives to accomplish satisfying the expectations and needs of both.
