Q: How much will it cost to have you manage my rental property?
A: The cost to manage your rental property is 10% of the collected rent amount on a monthly basis. If your property is vacant and we need to find you a new tenant, the cost for doing so is 50% of the pre-determined rental rate.
We also offer a lease only option. With this option, we offer our services to find and place a well suited tenant for your property. The fee for this service is 75% of the pre-determined rental rate. -

A: In these challenging economic times, it is more important now than ever to make the right decisions with our investments and save money. We will be there to guide you through each step of the way. We will advise you on what amount of rent you can expect to collect, as well as what improvements can be made to maximize the value and desirability of your property. If you wish, we will get the property rent-ready for you! -
Q: How long will it take to get the property rented?
A: We wish we could give an exact number on this question, but there are many factors that can affect the time it takes to rent your property. These factors include location, timing, price and market conditions. We pride ourselves in our extremely successful sales and marketing efforts. That is how we have earned our excellent reputation. -
Q: How are maintenance issues handled? Can I do my own?
A: We have a team of licensed maintenance professionals who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tenants can submit their maintenance requests online or by phone and we will have someone respond to the request immediately.
